The description of the challenge is as follows:

Roland Sanchez from Birmingham, UK is missing. The family are convinced he was kidnapped on a business trip. Can you help?

The first step was to search "Roland Sanchez Birmingham UK". Several social media sites appeared but from experience with these challenges, LinkedIn is the easiest place to start.

There isn't much on the profile apart from the workplace of Roland.

It led to a company Twitter account. Under one of the tweets, there was a comment with something that looks like a flag but it's a fake. One of the top tweets was about another company account and it mentioned locations. Since Rolands location needed to be found, it made sense to look into the company.

After checking the Twitter account it didn't really mention much. Didn't seem to have any hints but they do have a website.

The next step was to check out their website. So in Google, I searched for "foursquare Roland Sanchez" and clicked the first site. And sure enough, the flag was within the comments.
